The Great Motion Potion of Our Age

Not that we needed another reason to drink coffee, the good people of Korea have dropped this gem in our laps.

Exploring the association between coffee intake and obesity… 

Or rather…

In a bid to somehow connect coffee consumption with getting shredded, researchers concluded: 

“Our meta-analysis suggests that higher coffee intake might be modestly associated with reduced adiposity, particularly in men.”  

And for not letting a little thing like a statistical artefact get in the way of a good story, to Korea we say thank you.
